2. Services Provided

Igris Capital provides financial advisory and distribution services including mutual fund distribution (AMFI ARN-356525), insurance facilitation (IRDAI POSP), loan referral/DSA services, and general financial planning guidance. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

All investment-related information provided is for educational and informational purposes. Past performance of any financial product does not guarantee future results. Investment in mutual funds and securities is subject to market risk.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Igris Capital operates under all applicable SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, and RBI regulations. Our regulatory registrations are disclosed fully on this website and available upon request.

5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

As an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-356525), Igris Capital earns trail commissions from Asset Management Companies. As a POSP under IRDAI, we earn commissions on insurance policies placed. As a DSA partner with banks, we may receive referral fees. All such conflicts are disclosed to clients before any transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Igris Capital shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made based on information provided on this website or through our advisory services. Clients are advised to independently verify information and consult qualified professionals.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
